SM has a way of applying a naturalistic trait of transparency to users and those who are not willing to play by the rules are easily sniffed out. This requires us to be very careful, as marketers, about how we broadcast our messages. You’ve accurately illustrated that sequentially, we need to LISTEN first, and listen often. Understanding the laws of social media takes time but is critical if you’re going to be a part o the conversation effectively.
